We\u2019ve created a few adaptable templates of common forms to help you get up and running faster. You can also create your own template and share it with colleagues.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

How to start from a sample template<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  1. Download a copy of one of the form files below (or of your own form in GC Forms).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Select where to save the file (JSON format).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Go to GC Forms \"\"<\/a> \u2014 no account needed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Select \u201cOpen a form file\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Import the file you downloaded and customize the form template for your needs.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
