These quotes or descriptions will not be connected to your name or email address.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-xx-large-font-size\" id=\"h-privacy-notice\"><strong>Privacy notice<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Canadian Digital Service (CDS) is part of the Department of Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) of the Government of Canada. We\u2019re allowed to collect and use information under Section 5.1 of the <a href=\"https:\/\/laws.justice.gc.ca\/eng\/acts\/h-5.7\/index.html\"><em>Department of Employment and Social Development Act<\/em><\/a>. We handle your personal information under the <a href=\"https:\/\/laws-lois.justice.gc.ca\/eng\/acts\/p-21\/\"><em>Privacy Act<\/em><\/a><em> <\/em>and <a href=\"https:\/\/laws.justice.gc.ca\/eng\/acts\/h-5.7\/page-3.html#h-256161\">Part 4<\/a> of the <em>Department of Employment and Social Development Act<\/em>. We report personal information from research in a Personal Information Bank called <a href=\"https:\/\/www.canada.ca\/en\/treasury-board-secretariat\/services\/access-information-privacy\/access-information\/information-about-programs-information-holdings\/standard-personal-information-banks.html#psu938\">Outreach Activities<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-x-large-font-size\" id=\"h-we-ll-protect-your-privacy-by\"><strong>We\u2019ll protect your privacy by<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Using an alias or number instead of your name when we refer to your information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Removing your name and not asking for or keeping any other information that could identify you (e.g., by only using audio recordings or by removing certain information from your screen in a video recording).&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Only sharing your information with other CDS staff and not any other organization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-x-large-font-size\" id=\"h-you-have-privacy-rights\"><strong>You have privacy rights<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You have the right to access, review and correct information you share with us.
