GC Forms does not currently support editing a published form. However, we know it may become necessary to make an update to a form you’ve published. While editing a published form is not an available feature, there is another way to change the form content you have live. This requires publishing a new version, where you’ll have to download a copy of the published form and then re-upload it to modify a new form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Make sure to update all links pointing to the form when you re-publish<\/h3><\/summary>

You may also consider closing your old form so it’s not accepting submissions.<\/p><\/details><\/section>\n\n\n\n

  1. Sign in to GC Forms<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. In Forms<\/a>, go to the card of published form you want to modify.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. In the \u201cMore\u201d menu in the bottom-right corner, select \u201cSave to computer\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Once saved, select \u201cCreate new form\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Select \u201cOpen a form file\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Choose the file that was just saved to upload the form file.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. In the side navigation, go to \u201cEdit\u201d (the first item) to modify the form.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Once the form is updated, go to “Publish”. \n
