If we have been lucky and had a preparation phase for our change initiative, we may have most or all of our elements already in place. Yet, as is sometimes the case, we may be building the plane as we fly it. For this, it’s important that we have a solid change shepherd (and a plan for ensuring continuity if the change shepherd leaves and a new one comes in) and that the senior change leadership group is committed to listening, fostering dialogue and generating trust as we build that plane.
In this section we’ll implement our change activities, and determine how we are going to respond to feedback and adjust our plans, as appropriate.
