GC Data Conference 2024: Networking

February 21-22, 2024 | Virtual

Take advantage of opportunities to connect with other participants at the 2024 GC Data Conference. Participate in an ongoing group chat on Slack throughout the conference to share insights and keep the conversation going. You can also join scheduled live networking sessions on Microsoft Teams from 12:00 to 1:00 pm (ET) each day.

Create an account with the GC Data Conference 2024 Slack workspace. Then, enter your email address and follow the instructions on-screen to create an account.

Or, log in if you have already created an account on the GC Data Conference Slack workspace. Then, enter the email address you used to sign up and follow the on-screen instructions to access the GC Data Conference 2024 Slack workspace.

Once you are logged in to the Slack workspace

  • You will find a list of channels organized by topic/session in the menu on the left of Slack.
  • Each channel corresponds to a session at the conference. For example, the channel #day1-stage1-13h00-13h45-jour1-scène1 is dedicated to the Day 1 (February 21, 2024) concurrent session, “Exploring the future of responsible AI”, on stage 1 from 1:00 to 1:45 pm (ET).
  • Once you have selected the appropriate channel, you can share your questions, comments, or any thoughts on the session with other participants.
  • You can start by introducing yourself in the #networking-réseautage channel, and then navigating to the channel associated with the session you’re attending to chat.
