25 Years Strong – A Community Built by Managers, for Managers

For a quarter of a century the NMC has connected managers, fostered collaboration, and provided a space to share insights and best practices. As we celebrate this milestone, we’re reminded that our strength comes from you; managers across the country who drive a dynamic and forward-thinking Public Service.

In 2004, the Hay Group was commissioned to conduct an external review, and their report highlighted a vision that still rings true today:

“The NMC had the capacity to reach the entire managerial community in the public service in a non-fragmented, holistic manner and was the sole body through which the entire community of public service managers could be addressed.”
