Presented by Rob Wozny, SCMP C/O Sound Strategy Communications Ltd & Shannon Leppky, President and Founder, Red Chair Coaching and Leadership Academy Red Ranch Chair.

About How to Earn Trust One Story at a Time As leaders, the stories we tell ourselves and others have a direct impact on our ability to create meaningful trust with the people we lead. Moreover, the stories we tell ourselves also have a direct impact on our ability to create undeniable confidence in how we feel as leaders. If you don’t believe in yourself and what you’re saying, it’s unlikely your teams will as well. If you’re feeling that way already, we can help!

12:00 to 13:00

Lunch (will NOT be provided)

13:00 to 13:30

Reflection:  What have you learnt so far that you will apply tomorrow at work?

13:30 to 16:00

Facilitated by Kris Johnston & Michael Kowalson.

Participants will be able to practice ‘’Telling their Stories’’, share common issues and provide solutions to their peers during two interactive engagement activities.

Choosing to understand oneself, embrace vulnerability, and take risks, are actions that have challenged Shannon Leppky throughout her career. It wasn’t until she paid attention to a series of significant gut moments that she experienced these transformative actions in a way that would change the course of her life. It led to coaching in partnership with horses and a deep study of intention, emotions, boundaries, and energy.
