Compassionate Leadership: How to Lead in a Human Way
Today’s leaders must connect with empathy, lead with compassion, and have courage to have the tough conversations. Compassionate leadership is not just about “being nice”. It is about being able to navigate conversations in a way that builds trust and strengthens relationships. When leaders seek to understand their team members’ experiences and perspectives, people feel heard, valued and are better able to navigate difficult times and transitions. Join us for an interactive session that will equip you with tools and evidence-based practices to lead with compassion, courage and confidence.
