Bonnie Penfold manages the Research and Training team at the Integrated Climate Lens Centre of Expertise, at Environment and Climate Change Canada. Trained as a lawyer and a teacher, with fifteen years largely in transportation policy, her work is now focused on building a climate-ready workforce, where we all recognize the ways in which our work affects the climate and how the changing climate affects our work.
