NMC Managers Connect 2024 – Halifax

Join us for a day where managers connect under the theme ‘Inclusive Leadership in a Dynamic Environment’!

  • Engage in thoughtful discussions on Indigenous teachings and how they relate to values and ethics, learn about leadership realities in the Public Service from an Indigenous perspective
  • Embrace diversity, respect, inclusion and equality within the workplace.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and learn about tools available for all managers to facilitate hiring in a dynamic environment, including students of various backgrounds.
  • Familiarize yourself on ways to strengthen accountability and oversight of government operations while enhancing public confidence in their integrity.
