Join us for a day where managers will have a chance to learn, network, and exchange effective practices.
Begin the day with a session led by an experienced Indigenous facilitator exploring the cultural parallels between the Sacred Teachings and how they can relate to leadership qualities. Follow this session with an awareness-building discussion on the emerging concept of neurodiversity and how leaders can identify and adjust to these evolving realities. Afterward, participate in an afternoon workshop focused on adopting a coaching approach to move to solutions, and discovering the value of peer coaching for effective leadership.
End the day with a networking event at a local brewery where you can enjoy social time with other colleagues.

PARKING INFORMATION
The ALT Hotel has paid heated underground parking at the hotel with 86 spaces. It is available on a first come, first serve basis and rates are as follows:
- From 6 am to 6 pm: $3/hour (max. $15/day up to 6pm)
- From 6 pm to 6 am: $3/hour (max. $15/day up to 6pm)

The parking garage is located at the back of the hotel, directly off Harbour Drive. When guests arrive, they will take a ticket from the kiosk to enter. If guests are paying for their own parking, payment can be made at the automated booth prior to exiting. There are two levels of parking and no other information required. Note, there is a clearance of 6’2” in the garage; any vehicles larger than that can park in our oversized spaces outside. Parking is based on availability
There are many on-street metered parking spots around the hotel. Alternatively, the closest lot would be located at Atlantic Place (1 CLIFT’S – BAIRD’S COVE, ST. JOHN’S), about a 5-minute walk west of the hotel.
