Security Snack Time

What is Security Snack Time?

Security Snack Time is a new initiative at CDS to improve our overall security practice. These are small bite sized presentations like safety briefings found in other industries.

A safety briefing is a short, memorable presentation repeated at regular intervals. They help minimize safety incidents by regularly reminding employees of their responsibilities towards safety in the workplace. We are leveraging this technique to develop an ongoing culture of security focusing on our people, and not just our tools.

Does this replace our mandatory training?

No, these presentations do not replace mandatory courses required by TBS for all CDS employees. They compliment and reinforce this training.

These presentations can be presented by anyone to their team, regardless of their level of expertise. We firmly believe security is for everyone! Feedback and topic suggestions are always welcome! Feel free to reach out to our team anytime with topics or updates.
