Conversation Corners Networking pilot event: a formula worth repeating

“The room was buzzing with managers keen to make new connections, share insights, and learn from each other. Conversations were animated, thoughtful and people were thankful for the valuable time spent together. It was great to see how many different departments and agencies were represented,’’ commented Brigitte Bélanger, Co-chair of the HC/PHAC managers’ community, about the September 26 informal event co-organized by the National Managers’ Community and the PSPC Managers’ Community Network (MCN).

“Corners” were based on recurring themes emerging from the management community and, resonating ideas and best practices captured in this evolving document for the benefit of the community at large. “I’m looking forward to many more in-person networking opportunities with managers across the community,” concluded Susan Drysdale, event co-organizer and Chair of PSPC MCN.
