Digital Innovation Network

People working together on a Project. Creativity, Brainstorming, Innovation concept.

What is the Digital Innovation Network (DIN)?

The Digital Innovation Network (DIN) is a space for teams to come together, innovate, learn new ways of working and collaborate with experts to help you redesign and improve the services you deliver to your clients. If you’re uncertain about where to begin, the Digital Engagement team will guide you through our collaborative process. At the heart of DIN is putting users first by designing with and for users.

The DIN team is working differently so you can too

The Digital Innovation Network (DIN) is not your typical service provider. Working with us means we:

  • Don’t ask you to fill out forms.
  • Don’t jump to solutions and do a deep dive with you into the problem.
  • Put aside how things have always been done.
  • Bring together multi-disciplinary teams to tackle your problems together.
  • Help you gain deeper insights into your users and their needs.
  • Don’t aim for perfection. Together we make small changes. Iterate. Test. Improve. Repeat.
  • Equip you to do this on your own in future.
